Yeah, I was expecting at least $500 for mine. And I did want it ASAP. Yet never once did I point a finger at them and say don't run for cheap lol. Funny how the mentality changes when the shoe is on the other foot.

Walking mostly. which I haven't been consistent at. But have increased doing manual labor things things like cutting grass, etc, that I normally would pay someone to do. Trying to have have some form of physical activity each day.

Installed a Fan-Tastic vent fan on Ye olde Sprinter today. Only took me 7 hrs :rolleyes: Ran into a few problems along the way, but got it done. Note to self, if your cutting metal and your blade brakes, don't immediately pick it up with your fingers, a little hot :eek: I wish I could say...

Don't know about just for EO. But you can configure your browser not to load pictures if your having slow bandwidth issues. But that would be all pictures, not just on EO.

It has slowed down. 9 pounds first week after cutting my daily 4-5k daily calories in half :)

Now into my 3rd week, since my Dr wake up call. Focusing on portion control/calorie intake. Exercise is increasing, but still lagging in that area. After coming off unlimited calorie intake, I was shocked at how many calories I was consuming on a daily basis. I had totally got away from checking...

Have to go with the Wendy's salads as favorite for fast food, least desirable would be McDonald's.
