Yes... 3 years ago straights were $1.20.... FSC is or may still be calculated on the MIDWEST average which is the second LOWEST in the country...and they round off DOWN, never up....if comes to 25.9 cents you get .25 you lose they win....

Nope not right...they should make a deal with the hospital...In some cases the province could pay up to the amount that they would cover in her province of residence a lot of paperwork and appealing but I've heard they will do it...and they be responsible for the balance...
