    After 2 weeks from the initial onset... Today I had a major breakthrough with my (TMJ) jaw pain. Hopefully, this is not a fluke thing, and it's just about over. Saw my primary doctor today, among other things, he has me on a muscle relaxer for a few days to give the TMJ, and me, some rest ;)...

    Supply and demand at it's best. How do you swing the demand side to your favor, you lower rates. Sound familiar? Amazon can afford to roll the dice and run break even or at loss to gain it's market share. Not many could. It will be interesting to see how this pans out over the coming years...
