They can manipulate all day....as long as my per mile rate is where i need it to be....if they play too much....then I'll just turn down any unprofitable loads.... All the carrier is required to do is give you your % contract rate....if its too low most times....then time to go shopping...

I would agree but can't....while a high dollar sounds good....it is also a PIA...on one hand since we are a consuming country it makes foreign goods more expensive, but on the other hand, what we do manufacture and what creates jobs is what matters....a low dollar is good for our exports....just...
