Can you go into detail about the mental exhaustion? So 90% of trucks are semi's on road. Do you think those guys enjoy their job or is it too exhausting compared to a sprinter?

What about the 2013 volvo vn 64 300 or a frieghtliner cascadia, any one rode in one of those. I heard the volvo rigs ride smooth. Big cat I thought you were in a volvo? I rode in a mid 2000's international tow truck once and i was not impressed.

So nothing really much over 8000 lbs on a regular basic, how much do some of your trucks weigh? I think 26000 is the max on the smaller straights is what I heard. Do the smaller straights get away with more when it comes to rules and regulations?

I get 27 MPG and can still walk around in the back! Trust me I go back there when traffic hits and get exercise :) Sprinters are in a different league.

I don't think I will ever make it to a straight because of dot reg's on solo drivers. I do like the idea being in a more comfortable safer rig.

Do they really think that you're supposed to take every load they offer?

Had to turn down two loads last week out of Denver. One to Sacramento and one to Mt Vernon. West bound i70 was 30 inches of snow, east bound was closed. If we can get some loads going that would be nice. Winter and expediting just don't mix enless you got your rig pimped out like all you guys...

Be sure to use OEM Mercedes parts when working with anything that is drive train. Some guy in the sprinter forums have used aftermarket serp belt tensioners and have had to fix again after 20k miles. How many miles do you have on your MB4000 engine? I've heard good and bad things about that...

The driver seems like he will avoid impact since he is sitting much higher then where the impact would come. As long as you didnt get hit by a semi you would be fine. Just a observation. Sharp truck, reminds me of the 80's early 90's trucks i'd see on long summer trips back in the day ;)
