you'd think if the load wasn't secured properly it would be a CSA violation...?? improper secured load is a ticket offense at a scale isn't it? I am thinking..CSA/DOT doesn't regulate what equipment or the amount of securement devices....???

just the cost to dig out every drivers settlement for re calculation the 1,000's of drivers and statements over that time period just the cost of the discovery procedure alone...2.5 million$ was again a steal for Panther.... Eubanks at least did something about or tried....not like the ones...

I am in the middle of a class action suit against a former carrier.....public record in Canada....we are far past the point, then this one....this guy took the easy money....basically accused a big corporation of wrongdoing oh like hot coffee and the corporation paid him off....the REAL money...

don't spend the money till it is on the truck.....a lesson I learned many years ago.....L

Actually...Eubanks sold out....he let Panther off the hook......Panther did no wrong...well legally anyhow.......they just paid a settlement to avoid legal costs down the road....the court document is all accusations...no proof of guilt..... last 3 paragraphs of page 2 on settlement...
