I can't grasp the difference in language....if you are in the middle of a restart....you can not be available for a load....so technically you are OOS....

thanks for that....you get loaded say Friday and it does not deliver till say Monday....can you do the restart while under load?......

so 2... 1am to 5am's must fall within that 34 hour window?

I don't know of many straight drivers especially teams that go fast food hunting while under load....even worse for solo's....time is really your enemy...

Because that is the distance US border service has authority from the border....after 9/11 their range was extended from 50 to 100 miles....that is why you see them more along the toll road of 1-80 Toledo thru to Niagara now....they can actively patrol that....

I would say..that would be a paid lunch....:) or use that 30 minute break....
