you been around long enough to know exactly what I meant....gee whiz I have a rate in my mind that must be met....a high and a low and anywhere in between....so in a way I do set my own rate, they ask me what I need to run a load and I give them a number and they bid accordingly....

Those classifications are all over the chart now...sprinter rate could be construed now as a C rate while a C rate was I believe a small straight and yet there is still the D rate of a large or heavy straight....some will negotiate a better rate for a heavy straight then a large straight...
