I agree....to some extent..over a longer term then say 30 days even 60 days....the variable must be spread over a longer term to be viable numbers for the cohesion of the overall equation....

why should I run off the average of someone else's numbers?....you are jacking the numbers whether they be good numbers or bad numbers....they can be used as a tool/guideline but not to set policies toward or hold gospel....and yes I question the logic...

Long term that works....short term numbers don't support that theory....

a 4 week running average tells you nothing.... but that maybe 50% of the fleet is running really well while the other 50% not so well....last month I made 12K another driver did only 6...that would give you an average of 9k per unit...to which you say we are doing great....tell that to the guy...

that borderlines on Pantherization right there.....averages are screwy at best...just says 50% of fleet is doing well while it brings up the numbers on the units not doing so good....IMO Sir....
