Very possible that is the case. Also of concern may be what hormone treatments/ dosage she was taking and the role that played. This should be thoroughly examined and not swept under the rug.

They didn't want this to see the light of day. It likely would have been kept that way if not for the leak within the Dept. The public has a right to know about the motivations and factors that led to this, just like anyone other crime.

Big difference from endorsing a candidate and being one. When he was on the ballot( twice) he’s had coattails.
