yeah I can see it can work both ways....its all outlook...every bit of income can be added to the All mile rate....Then the value of the reward point program....

I list that layover pay in a separate column....Dave aka Guido adds it into his "all mile rate" which I believe inflates that number to look good.....BUT for comparison reasons its artifical as NO ONE else in the business can do this or gets this bonus....thats just my thoughts on that...

and the fact that John aka Load 1 actually PAYS us to sit for 48 hrs after we POD out.....IF in a bad area or fringe area I'll use a portion of that in the tank and move a few miles...which is technically a paid move...
