We run Michelins on our Sprinter. Just put a new set on after about 150k. Still had 7/32 tread on them. There are plenty of tire threads for comparisons if you search

Sitting down in Mississippi, hoping to head north soon to get stuff around for the convoy. Had a fun trip last night. Woke Nick up from a dead sleep with a blood curdling scream. On a nice foggy two lane road in TN, a bear scared the crap out of me. Needless to say my driving time was up...

I am glad tht it was caught and hadn't spread. Having gone through a similar situation, it is scary when you hear the c word, when least expecting it. Wishing you the best in your recoveries and if we can do anything please let Nick or myself know.

Yup. we got our new rubber and headed for MA. Lol. Nick got to spend time with his old.car.club guys so it was worth it.

Had a nice weekend with Nicks friends out in Massachusetts. Didn't win the car but the money went to a great cause. Now we are sitting in Connecticut in service.
