Well no gun range today. Slipped getting out of the shower, hit my lower back on the step coming out. Managed to pull the tp dispenser cover off as well. Doesn't hurt too bad but enough that I don't want to do too much today. Thinking lunch and a movie or two.

We velcroed our old one to the stand. Haven't done it with the new one that we got two years ago. Not really sure why :confused: I'm not the brains of the operation, just the beauty lol.

I'm going to say it was your computer. ours gets plugged into the 12v cigarette lighter inverter. Our laptop sits on a stand between the seats. I never shut it off, its almost always plugged in, its flown a few feet at least once a week from a takeoff and somehow still kicking.

On our way to Chatanooga right now. If we don't get a load Friday we will be heading home. Nicks dad had another back surgery todand this one turned out to be a bit more intensive than planned. instead of putting a collar in they removed the nerve from the spinal cord and "cleaned" it. Not sure...

Transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation. its a little machine with pads that you place on the skin similar to those of an ekg machine. the pads are tethered to a little machine which you control strength frequencies and length of the stimulation. It makes the muscles contract and loosen...

Can you use a tens unit? We got one for.Nicks mom for.her fibromyalgia and it did help some. We bought it on Amazon for.about $120. I used one while.I was in physical therapy with my knee, and Nicks used it on his back with great results.

I dont mind Laredo actually. I found a nice hotel to stay in while we were there, have a few specific places that we like to eat at, and the shopping isn't too horrible. Then again I don't think I have ever been to Laredo without shopping:rolleyes:
