Its all about the $$$$$$ always... Tom.....as slow as things have been for CV's of late....I am quite sure a few are crossing that line...out of desperation.... Think of them carpet/flooring vans .....we've all seen them with the bumper dragging on the ground almost....

As you know CV's are unregulated.....so hence there is no "Legal or illegal" really....just what exceeds "manufacturers recommended limits" the problem is.....get in an accident and IF the lawyer actually spots or the investigating officer spots that you were exceeding those...

BTW Alpheretta GA no motels rooms under $100 here very affluent area! as in upscale.... No Motel 6's...or Super 8's or even Econolodge's...

you've never gotten layover pay when consignee is closed?.... Turtle...Or Walmart will simply transfer some work that can't be done within the time period over to contractors....I can't see this as a win...

what a bunch of Bozo's for bring this suit up....most of the drivers i talked to were more then happy to get $42 for just sleeping....now Walmart will redo some schedules and they'll be lucky to see 40 hrs...IMO of course
