Re: DH...15-20% is considered normal for CV unpaid....most carriers set the first 100 miles as unpaid or 50 miles whatever the contract says... unpaid DH is a 100% deduction from your money....so IF your carrier as some do are includung the DH as part of the bidding process...thats why your not...
