    Now if you had of dogged it on that last load and not gotten unloaded 36 early instead of Monday AM ...you'd have never gotten that load....that a was a smart move to see if there was an overtime day shift on Saturday...

    I don't get it.....The drivers are NOT company drivers on the payroll...why would the drivers leave you? They are not required to go anywhere....IF the drivers were happy with you..why would they leave..they tell the carrier to hump it....
