I got my card long time ago. Do you pump diesel or gas? I've heard other guys complaining about the yellow cards that actually one has to reach 100 gallons within 48 hrs to earn a shower...
If you have the blue Pilot rewards card, it'll be enough to pump 14 gallons (gas) to earn 1/2 shower credit. The yellow cards aren't that "generous"...
That's quite right. All I needed were two runs and I was worry free about the bills for the rest of the month (the average was about three long runs per week). And back those days when I was with Nations, most of the runs were long ones (a 500 mile run was for me a short one)...
I did courier work for a local co. in Houston. In one day I drove over 300 miles, I spent a whole daylight (it was summertime), I had only large loads, and at the end of the day I realized that I earned the fabulous amount of $120.
That's what an Interstate Dist. Co. truck did to me about 10 years ago... Lucky me I was driving a van and I was able to control my vehicle without crashing... It was something hard to forget...
I thought once about the ferry from Marine City, MI but I didn't know if the cargo vans are allowed, so I didn't try. Other than that, I used the Transatlantic once, one year ago, and I can say that it was an amazing experience.
I presume so, since they told me that it'll cost me maybe more to repair it than replacing it. I wasn't there to see the damage, but since two shops gave the same option, I guess that was the truth...
Actually it's more than triple... the QC basically costs $40/mo while some carriers are charging even $35/week (that'll be about $155/mo). Plus other tricks covered under the "fee" name for different things that an honest carrier won't do it...
