I've been just trying to maintain what I've lost...and its hard to do.....the pounds just don't come off as quick as they go back on...at 65 the metabolism seems to be slower...I still try to get out and do my "Wally Walkin" as much as I can...

being a non citizen ....I've had encounters where I was supposed to be a citizen....but somehow between broker and carrier that info wasn't passed along....however....I've never had a shipment refused because of it...I've had to be escorted or if the package was like under 100lbs they'd come to...

It's weird if I reduce my rate because I have low cost operating I am the bad guy but if a broker carrier reduce his rate it's called competition or market pressures
