yes they can protest "OUTSIDE" the venue.....however heckling has always been around and hecklers in in the British Parliamentary system are ejected...

because more and more carriers like his are doing expedite as well now for a lot less $$$ well actually probably not much less....but for whatever driver rate they are paying...

I was taking the scene route from EP to Del Rio one year....in the middles of sand storm and the a small rain storm....the whole windshield muddied up in a hurry....it was weird

the fact over the last year 2 major load board contributors have gone the preferred carrier route with very little of the excess hitting the boards being available for others...there is still some of course but greatly reduced as they are kept in house as much as possible.... If this trends...
