to add the single burner Coleman is Cargo Van friendly, it breaks down really compact...and can also be used carefully as emergency heat source... 1/2 a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread and voila 3 meals for under $5....and bread left over....at the Pilot grab some extra Ketchup paks, no refridge...

Oh crap...and you are in the middle of power plant and RR land too....just hope they don't go getting all union on ya is all....

with these rates I can see the smart expediter doing more in-truck cooking...my single burner Coleman I;ve had since the beginning...and a small fry pan and a boiling pot has saved me a ton of money over the years.....
