I wouldn't say critizing... Tony... just questioning the logic of taking such a load... I am quite sure They had a valid reason for taking it and that is their choice ..it sure wouldn't be mine. BTW...Long ago I made the same choice...from Vermont to WV during a real blizzard along the NY...

So be it...I understand.. but just how much did that load cost to do when taking downtime into consideration... IMO it wasn't a real profitable, if it even was, load.

Knowing this storm was coming...WHY would you take that load?

In 8 years of border crossings never have been questioned about my meds...maybe because they were in their bottles but never a question of what was wrong that I needed pills...neither side of the border...

"Busy" Is all relative to ones effort in this business...When it slows the experience factor shows thru....a couple more loads a month then the inexperienced expediter ...and then of course the "luck" factor..whether your run is a 300 miler as compared to a 600 miler when your number comes...

I stand by my comment that it is not that good for vans...

I knew what he was saying ..I read the TA program...as I said..it s a start..maybe they could twink the van program, so it would be more useful to us and give us an alternate from the usual J.

Bruno..it has nothing to do with "unprofessional" Are we to kiss TA hiney because they introduce a program that has more holes then Swiss Cheese? At least in the van program. Maybe the straight program is much better.

Lawrence...don't get us wrong..the TA program is a great first step but it does have it's flaws, where a few twinks would make it more streamline... negative input is good as well....

Actually Obama can not do anything about it...Iraq is a soveriegn country and has their own army now and it is their problem...
