Just one call to CS did the trick I have found Pilot CS pretty cooperative and straight forward

FYI....since we don't get the 100 bonus points... I just called CS back....the tractors don't get the .03 off at the pumps like we do...that only applies to the pumps out front.....they only get the points at the rear...we get both perks..the .03 AND the points...

correct sir...nothing has changed for us....showers are intact

as per the same nice lady....they have encountered many software program problems offering so many new features so quickly without beta testing....points are not being automatically creditted so watch your card carefully for awhile...

FYI the nice lady in CS also passed on this to me to pass along to my fellow van drivers IF you should call them and you only have 1/2 a shower credit and in need of a shower they will credit you with one as a courtesy....

Just got off the phone with Pilot CS.....Our program is unchanged... Only the Shower Power program has been increased to 1,000 gallons The 50 gallon program is STILL the same..... ONLY the SHOWER POWER program has been changed.....!

did they discontinue the van program for sure....?....which is different then the big truck program

I haven't used the app for about a year now....just use the browser Safari...or you can use chrome as well now
