for the most part...when you have an issue with 1 dispatcher at a bigger carrier...as soon as the load is booked and dealt with, the issue is gone as well, you can call the next day talk with the same person they don't remember the last load....BUT I have seen dispatchers throw the phone across...

Part of a team?....I've been at 2 US carriers in my US career....thinking I was "part of a team" surprise...I was NOT.....The carrier is totally in charge...your only option is "yes or no".....or leave for another, what an owner operator thinks is for the most part irrelevent...as a "team"...

MS2"s are the same tread design.....they were crappy as well......a good set (2) of semi aggressive tread would be best for you where ya live...

Oil cap wrench? is that like an oil filter cap wrench?...... available at most auto zones and o reillies...

remember to shutoff the ASR in that stuff..the sprinter is gutless with that function on...

Well spent the day in Rapid City getting Espar serviced.. man it was dirty inside and causing all kinds of error codes... working like a charm now! :)

yeah we have one of them small battery powered electric shovels.....2" of DRY puffy snow is about it for the front porch....if its wet stuff forget it...back to the old shovel power....

when it comes to snow....go BIG or stay at home......I even whimped out and spent the extra couple hundred bucks for heated handlebars......just over $1000 for the unit....but well worth it especially for a dumping you just got...
