My wife, bless her heart, pointed out where the confusion may lie...to her reading and I quote..."I'm reading that to say that the taxes would be spent by the globe and not our own country...read it again dear." That is true as stated The US would impose the tax and then transfer it over...

soo that said...a country like this is ripe for conquest? Maybe we should annex Haiti before Cuba does...or even Argentina. In times gone by it would be more humane to conquer the people aka Romans and give them another way of life...within an established system.

in mt book if a recruiter is say outside with a potential driver and he/she throw their smoke butt on the ground..that would be 1 strike! That shows disrespect for the company and shows partly laziness...more attitude testing and observing human behavior should be done...and financial...

So if a straight truck uses straps to hold down that couple pallets the straps MUST be marked? are van straps marked or just save the wrapping with the rating? Another expense for Layout...new straps for Canada.:D

Yes there is some lets say bottom feeding drivers out here or less then pristine lets say..how they ever made it past orientation/screening who knows... I really think carriers should raise the bar..a little more in depth study of drivers, OO's they are about to put on..

and those ones as well...but they (the ones) you point out aren;t usually the topic here..your recreational drivers usual have food money...
