dispatchers have a solitary 1 dimensional view of this business....being so young and the only transportation experience they have is that they owned a bus pass in school..there will always be another bus in 15 minutes...

I don't blame any particular carrier for this going on...its the whole system that is flawed and lack of will to tighten up the load board requirements..as they all take the high road and claim they have no control over said board..but in theory, if no one uses it..it will go bust...

absolutely it was reposted for a rate I was not prepared to run for...as my carrier asked me if I was still interested...CT for me is pretty good at getting out of...a low ball rate was NOT in my playbook... you would think a large load board could have software to flag that load and forbid...
