    What ever happened to the warm and fuzzies? The consultations, the flow if input from both sides...seems to be awfully one sided.... I don't have a dog in this particular fight...But in general the larger carriers, even mine, seems to be getting a little bossy.

    Actually if one reads closely there is good news in that bulletin... but probably not enough to alter views that the economy is on the brink of creating jobs. Economists reckon the economy is a few months away from creating jobs. The labor market is lagging the broader economic recovery...
