    Really...it IS in the planning stages...just have to put together the layout we want and some estimates... Either that we buy a winter home in AZ..there is some good buys down there right now...

    Now I am in the planning stage for our in ground pool enclosed by a solarium so the wife can swim all year round...and a connecting greenhouse....:D

    Fort Wayne..another sprinter tried to sneak as well...but I have him on dwell time..he must be cursing right now...we both probably seen the empty spot and moved at the same time.... Am #1....
