I know QS9000 is a load of crap...because with all the mistakes I don't think any carrier would hold onto their qualification IF they were noting all the errors in quality and filling out an incident report and as well a corrective action report every time. Great Job there John..I am quite sure...

I mean these carriers are so self indulging... they sure pat each other on the back and give themselves awards...*LOL* You would think our success would be the path to the carriers success..but somehow it isn't formally recognized.

But the awards/rewards are bogus...being rewarded for not running our business in a profitable manner...it makes the carriers look stupid in our eyes...and there are owners that swallow the company line.... We have a guy that has won a leather jacket every year for 100% no turn downs...wonder...
