this time of the years a lot of carriers are slow....its actually a bad time to jump ship just because you are slow.....unless you are having dispatch issues or having too many silly rules/policies that hamper your business...

it's not so bad.....long emergency room waits for someone who goes with the sniffles...my 70 yr old mother got knee replacement no problems when she needed them and didn't wait for years... you guys are used to INSTANT service thats the problem not priority based service...big difference...you...
