Being an ex admin of the other site....limiting the chit chat had an opposite effect....it killed any topic.....cut and dry info is fine....keep it all business and watch this place die too.... If you follow trends of threads by topic after the initial flurry of responses it dies a natural...

This is where the "partnership" card comes in.... The carriers should be able to take "less" to allow for the conditions...they should be taking only 10-20 %.. There must be a way to trim overhead quickly when conditions pop up like this....cutting hours of work and having management fill in...

Other then the glitz and panash...just price out the material and all...you can quickly see 10K is off the wall...just for some particle board and a few screws and plastic trim...
