Those are the type of loads carriers might have to reach into their own deep pockets to subsidize...they don't come up a lot hopefully that they are not that bad...but when they do...well that is the cost of doing business...

A phone call is more effective..takes more time of course, but resolution is better understood....The girl at the other end put 2 FULL credits on my card as opposed to the regular halves to make up for the error. She was very pleasant as well...
