man oh man, I'm getting the feeling like I gotta ask if I can go see the room first. But the Laredo Motel 6 ($64) I recently stayed at wasn't even a year old I'd guess and it was crisp, clean, immaculate. Just depends I suppose on the Hotel/Motel's age, maintenance and updated furnishings...
