The FD Distr. Center is north of Davenport just south of Dubique...wonder how it made out...they usually leave Sunday for a Tuesday drop...

that was fun....drove thru blowing snow for 40 miles yesterday to get to Hettinger ND store....then manager asked me if I could go over to Lemmon SD store...staffing issues over there...so over I went..they do pay mileage and its only like 25 miles...today I have a 1-7 shift in Hettinger store.

Well some unlucky Allstate driver was in Lemmon SD... a black guy Texas plated... wasn’t impressed with blowing 30 mph snow and -25 wind chill... :)

hey there is no right or wrong here...just pure guess work... I chose factory rebuild with 100% factory warranty 100,000 miles, engine cost back then $11,900...+++++ why? Because I knew I was retiring and didn't want that payment for the next 3-4 yrs...everyone has thier different...

been there , done that, its an expensive decision either way...best of luck getting a great deal out of dealer... also for the uneducated...used/unknown engines are not the best way to go when talking sprinter, very seldom works out well,

Yeah Leo It the Total per mile that should count... no matter what route they take to get to that total... :)

So the debate would be right now If the line haul is .45 But the FSC is .70. Is it cheap freight?
