I don't use the Lucas fuel additive either...just some Power Service and not all the time....since I've gotten off the cheap J fuel my van has run much better....

I think John E could put a company spin on why the pricing is what it is... even Leo's own numbers indicate a carrier makes back about 20 bucks a week..or $1040 a year per unit...so about 2 years they are paid for.... so a shipper needs a van quickly...he logs on and sees a van not 20 miles...

Bill..I haven't even had my injectors touched....my tech says there is no need....only IF ya get bad fuel maybe then to purge the system...551,000 now still able to get 25-27 mpg gal...I do use power service but not every tank full....

Ok..just 1 example.. I picked up a load the other night that I also did with my former carrier...exact same load.... 454 loaded miles...10 lb box..the difference was... $163.44 :eek: That IS huge for a CV...HUGE.. .81 vs $1.17 now you tell me? I would have to drive another 201.77...
