Depends on how the carrier charges, some charge on a per mile, some charge on a % basis. Often times the customer dicatates the fsc program and the carrier must determine if it is adequate to cover the owner operator, or if they need to walk away from the business.

TEANA votes for a carrier of the year. Every member company gets one vote, so it is based on company to company voting. I think last year was C&M out of Cleveland. They will announce this years winner at the TEANA conference in July and I will let everyone know who wins.
