Doesn't generally happen with us, but we would not rule it out. We would have to be set up, do the billing and all the happy stuff and verify it did not interfere with the first load.

We will double load if and when possible. Owner operator receives same full % as they do on the first load.

Actually the very large companies sometimes have a harder time recruiting the numbers they need. This gives them an "edge". They also tend to have much larger deductibles and are considered somewhat self insured. This gives them much more flexibility to set their own hiring and experience...
