From my perspective as a long time lurker: I've been on boards with hundreds of thousands of members, and on those sites the threads move fast and can get lost quickly.
Here I don't see anything like that happening, and many times I've logged on here to see very few posts, and even less new...
I have one in my van and use it often. The charge from running the 407 just from Hwy 400 to the 401 in Mississauga (just over 20 miles) is $6.41.
And although there is no charge for the transponder itself, the monthly fee to use it is now $2.50 plus 13% tax. :eek:
It's still well worth it for...
VLC Media Player. It'll play pretty much any media file without having to convert it. Oh, and it's free.
I also love the Netflix app, Sirius radio app (even though they don't stream Stern, so Shoutcast Radio takes care of that).
I have sirius satelllite so I usually listen to Stern, Bubba, and music on it. I think it's the greatest thing for people on the road that's come along in years. I also download audiobooks and listen to them through my gps. That's a great time killer.
