I agree. We wall have breakdowns. We try to assist our good partner carriers whenever possible. Goes around comes around. We had a partner carrier with a load in Tx and the driver went to the hospital. We went there, recovered the van and the load, delivered it and returned the van. Maybe it...

And if they don't offer the load then we hear...."I may have turned down the last ten to XXX, but I should have been offered" LOL

Understood. The note was turn down for something longer and I like them to list the rate. It isn't a ref that you turned to the load down basedi on rate. It is really a tool for us to look at turn downs, rates and the reasons. Often times it helps us to take the info back to sales, cust service...
