Yep if you send a tweet out to where everyone will see they act quick. Don't DM them because they can ignore that. One guy took to twitter and used the promoted tweets to destroy American Airlines which isn't that hard
A really easy place to get help is also twitter which I personally prefer to Facebook. I've received help from companies social media and gotten better results than just calling "customer service"
Companies that have a strong and helpful social media page are huge pluses IMO. It's a new wave of customer service, fad or not it's the best way to get help nowadays
Are we allowed to bring like a flip cam or some kind of DVR to make YouTube videos of the cool stuff there so those not in attendance can see what they're missing?
Forreal it's like it was made for expeditors, I figure it's better to do this than idle on a hot day like almost every truck and van was doing anyways.
