I plug my fuel cost, and how much fuel I've used into my dezl Garmin and it calculates based on distance I've run.

Cruise is always set between 62-65. I've seen the dash display mpg go as low as 13.5 and as high as 20 mpg. Just depends on load and conditions I guess.

I'm averaging about 16.54 mpg so far. I'm in the extended length, high roof 350 T. ECOBoost 3.5L. 3.31 ratio. Let me know of any other questions.
