The same truck in 2 years has NEVER received a green light in Michigan unless the scale was closed!

Was this the Jackson scale? A few months back one of my straight trucks on the eastbound side received a green light and was chased down for running the scale. The driver showed the officer the transponder and it still had the green light and all went well after a roadside inspection.

Nice to meet you Dale, sorry it was under these circumstances. I too had a 175 mile dead head and this came from another load that cancelled yesterday. So in all I had 261 miles of deadhead yesterday. Needless to say the past few weeks have not been the highlight of my expedite career!
