The oil filter housing leak was pretty bad, good to know that the cooler leak starts more like a seep.

So the cooler leak was more or less not to bad? How did it show, or where did the leak appear?

How about it $printer shoes, at apx. 360.000, Alt went. 407.000, oil filter housing came unsealed. What next, oil cooler? Or..........rear end, trans, engine. What have you rebuilt or replaced before it broke? Replaced drive shaft and front struts at 200.000. Ours is a 2011, bought used in 2013...

So Sunday, started to change oil. Found under side of engine covered with oil on the left side. Seems the oil filter housing gasket failed. That took care of Monday, what a pain, mirror and flashlight kind of deal. Then relocated to South of Youngstown, OH.

MT, just East of Allentown, PA. Two stopper turned into a sightseeing adventure.

The Espar type heater is really user and owner friendly. Inverters are a plus but a Batt bank is required for heater and should be sized for minimal idling. Insulation with a cleanable covering will pay off as well in driver comfort and reduce condensation.

We've been runing E-W out of Chi town, last weekend we were loaded Fri with a Mon drop. Good luck with the new Trany.
