Just crossed into Cali, stopped for gas, $2.99, ouch!

Parked at J in Salt Lake yesterday I was parked next to a beat up truck with a couple "hippies", he had a guitar, she had a dog and a sign "need gas money". In 30 minutes they got over $50

You two rock. I am working on getting another co-driver to replace the ex. I want to make the big bucks like y'all.[emoji16]

It was actually only in shop overnight. 3 hours work $400

Happy September team CRE. Been stuck in Utah most of the week. Kounting on Dr. Murray to cut me out and transplant me today. If not I'll "spread" to Cali this weekend[emoji6][emoji6]

Anyway, been in Utah for a couple of days up in Ogden, now moved to Salt Lake to see if I can get out before the weekend. If not, on to Cali for the weekend and a fresh start on Monday[emoji39]

Fasty - thanks for dragging me forward to September. I was staring at the forum wondering why nobody was posting[emoji205]

Moved down to Salt Lake City hoping for one more to save the week. I guess I have to add Utah to the list of places not to hang around. If nothing happens I will head to Cali for the weekend.

I'm a neophyte when it comes to engine, transmission issues so I have to put my faith in whatever dealer I am at. I used to know a little mechanics but that went the way of carburetors! The interesting thing here is that if Bill hadn't posted his experience with the tranny being an engine...

Well, problem #1 is that when I had the flush done they didn't put enough fluid back in. BUT, problem didn't go away so they ran the codes and, just like Bill, #3 coil bad which sends wrong code to tranny and it mis-behaves.

Spending another night in Ogden. Transit going in the shop at Ford with issues. Hopefully back out by noon EST.

Tranny issue again. Coming across Wyoming it started slipping going up hills and check engine light came on. Level off, downhill all is fine and light goes off. Of course if you want to check the fluid level you have to go to the dealer[emoji83]. So here I sit[emoji37]

Delivered 10 hrs early. At the J in Ogden UT for the night. Tranny is acting up again. Slipping going up hills.

Well, if you set up a private server at home you wouldn't have this problem[emoji12][emoji12][emoji12]

Still hangin' in Cheyenne. Got some good maintenance work done and I even changed the oil on my generator too. Well rested and ready. Area nights are great for sleeping so I will stay tonight and move down by Denver in the AM

This was a pretty good shop and they did say that some shops would do it but they won't because they can't guarantee it. But, you are right and I will probably try another shop in a couple of weeks. Thanx

Me & Glass. Picked up a stone chip. Good news, they are fixing it. Bad news, they found another one near the top that is already running that can't be fixed[emoji37]
