DreamTeam 44, I don't know who you are leasing to and it is none of my business these are the things that you have to have in order to tag a truck. Lease with company, road use tax stamped form, proof of insurance from company, copy of bill of sale, tag application for new truck, MCS 150...

Yes that happened to us also and we received a whole $21.00 more! to haul a Hazmat chemical load. But what the heck.. FedEx requires you have Hazmat..I don't believe it's an option.

When we did go to Canada (haven't been in a while) we hand them our Fast Card, Drivers License, and Birth Certificate. Now we have our Passport too. In case they want it.
