Ok. Van drivers have to pass a DOT physical to sign on with us. But we do not make them do annual renewals per the safety department.

Volumes are soft. For example we normally see 40 to 50 loads on NLM posted, right now.....6 including truckload??????????

It is FRUSTRATING! I can not believe what carriers are offering their trucks for, it is pretty ridiculous!!!!! I really don't think half of this industry even understands their costs.

Overall not bad, just seems like every week lately have 6 or 7 units that have been the struggle. 7 units over 48 hours waiting as of right now.

Wish I could control it but freight is not that easy. We are doing all we can on our side. We go from Laredo backed up one week to it being Taylor the next. We are all in a frustrating and constantly changing environment in this business.
