All good points were said from everyone and I agree with them. One thing I would say is to say away from energy drinks and things that have caffeine in them. Ive pretty much have cut cokes and tea out all together. Ive never done those energy drinks, very bad for you.

I was talking to some guys today and that talked about TST. They do good in & out of Canada and was told with them don't go below Alabama cause you will sit. They do good with TX from what they said.

Hey everyone, its been a good week for me. Last Tue got a load from Hillsboro OH to Athens TN. DH to Knox TN. Wed got a shorty from Athens TN to Midway TN. DH back to Knox TN and Thurs got a load from Maryville TN Sonora Ca:cool: Now sitting at the TA in Ontario CA waiting on a call.

Same here, been running good as well. I thought the week of the 4th would be slow and I hear it is for most, but I was busy. Now the pay period for the last of the month started on the 16th and so far nothing. Hoping Friday ill get something.

From the nice people of Roadway gave me two thermal drums or pails covers. I was picking up a load from there and they were three hours late getting me loaded and it was raining. The dockworker said don't worry about them, take them. So now if dispatch calls me this winter for drums that need...
