How many driver divers do we have

I have a lake that you could dive in and the water is clear at times because I treat it in the spring and fall. Its only 3 miles from Panthers Home office. Anytime you want to dive or fish call let me know. The farmer next to me will even let you park on his lot with his trucks

Anyone got any info on tst expedite?

I had a truck on with them a few years back and it did okay. TST paid all your tolls back then and could get me loaded right back out of Canada as soon a I dropped off my load. Bob and Jay Hobbs are great people. I made good money running for them single if that helps.

    Disappearing Threads

If that was the case EO would have alot of people posting about it. Teamcaffee, can you please tell us if this is the case since your still at FedEx Custom Critical. in all my years at the Fed I can say they never pulled that many leases. Even in 1995 when business levels was worse than they are...

    Be Very Careful!! About

Yea, but really you can do it because its your site. If the people want to pay a memebership fee each month to see the posts that get removed from the public forum. It would help pay for the cost of EO, lets see how many will sign up.

    Resigning from the Cat

Sorry to hear you CV went to the Expediter bone yard. If you have a Class B CDL maybe you can drive for an owner out of MI. I'm sure Adam Walters can find you an owner to drive for. Good luck luck and be safe.

    Where were you in 1999?

Was on with Roberts Express, had 3 trucks on then. Remember meeting Lawrence at a fuel stop and he handed me a filer about EO. JoeRoman.com was big then. Times was great and Roberts was changing. Had 4 years in the business back then, I think DaveKC was still on at Roberts then too.

    Funny things drivers have done

Well, I got my one truck stuck in the mud in our drive way. So I went and got a chain and one of our other trucks to pull it out and got it stuck too. The farmer across the street pulled both trucks out. Now my wife wont even let me around any mud. lol

    Panther Refusal Stats

I don't see what everyone is so upset about. Nothing has really changed, The 67% load accept is only for loads that are quick pick up loads. Nothing else has changed, if a customer calls in and needs a load picked up in an hour then Panther is going to offer it to a truck with a higher load...

How Can We Help This Driver?

Phil this is a very good post. I see the problem with this now, he needs to get a co-driver and run his butt off with FedEx Custom Critical. I almost lost my 1st truck with Roberts Express/ FedEx Custom Critical back in 1995 for running solo. I was 6 payments behind and got a co-driver and...

4 people in a straight truck

That is crazy. I hope you don't get a call from Panther asking you the truck number. I know Panther or FedEx does not want more than 2 people in the truck at a time unless its an art load.

How Can We Help This Driver?

Very good post Phil. God will remember your guys for your good deed. Have him call around to the dealers to see if they may want to buy his truck for $30,000 then he could pay it off and have $15,000 left over. What kind of truck is it and what year is it? What carrier does he have it on with...

    Another Brilliant Panther Move

I think that is highly unlikely. I wish it was the case lol. I would have 20 trucks on with them if it was.

    Another Brilliant Panther Move

Good post Joe, We did the same thing, our drivers know what loads to take and what not to take. Nothing really has changed, all of our trucks are over 90% and we are turning down loads that don't pay our rate. Some should be glad Panther don't count loads that are less than your rate like other...

    Another Brilliant Panther Move

Then do us a favor and quit then. If they are so bad leave, and quit crying about things. Sorry you can't handle that things went back to 45% being loaded on your com data card. You should have worked at Roberts Express, when if you turned down two loads in a row you was placed out of service...

    engine life??

Greg Our 3126 Cat had 750,000 miles on it when I had R&R engine out of Akron, Ohio do an inframe on it. It was $6000.00 to do. Runs like new now. Great motor if you ask me and the fuel pump is not $2700.00 like on the 8.3 Cummins. Our 8.3 runs great and Cummins does have good service I will...
