If your co uses log scan you prob would still recieve a violation notice...
Before I purchased any book like this I would want to be sure it inclules specfic information as to what laws apply to what size trucks.

Before you buy any vehicle contact the recruter of the co of your choice.Many have limits on how old the unit may be.You only need a CDL for companys that haul HAZMAT which is most of them.
A cutaway would not meet the spec of most carriers.they reguire a dock high unit able to legally carry about 5,000 lb payload.A cutaway would be classified as a "B".Better check with the co you intend to lease with.

My recent PARS W/Livingston failed ,even with 5 hours notice.While waiting in the room another driver complained they Faxed theirs 24 hrs in advance.I could only see 4 employees,with about 25 drivers waiting.Could it be that Livingston is giving priorty to PAPS to avoid the fines?
