To most dispatchers there's no difference between offering you a load 9pm than there is at 9am. There's a huge difference, especially if you've been awake most of the day already. A driver can't sleep all day every day. If you turn down a late pick up, long haul direct delivery you get punished...

It doesn't need video, the picture says everything it needs to say.

The chassis may be able to "legally" haul that weight but in time that drive train may have other things to day about that. Something a lot of people don't think about when excepting these 3000+ pound loads. It's really hard on the truck.
