Not discolored yet, but I couldn't eat them all...waiting for Ken to get home and try them. And I've got the makings to make more...they are super delicious!

mmmmm...this cheese and spinach ravioli is quite good! Got the football game on and last night watched the rodeo...national finals. Enjoyed the barrel racing but not the bull riding...one fella almost didn't make it out of the arena, but he managed to give the thumbs up as he was carried...

It seems like I've always worked in a "man's" field and always did that gotta do more and be better routine. Now that I'm retired I can do what I want...I'm pretty sure you've earned your stripes too! You drive a straight truck right?
